Sipping Fine Wine

In its third century of crafting wines from Napa, Beringer is guided by the partnership of Winemaster Emeritus Ed Sbragia and Winemaker Laurie Hook. Deep dark red with aromas of black fruits and herbs. On the palate rich flavors of blackberry and cherry with smoky oak, leather and cacao. Smooth tannins well balanced with savory acidity on a lingering finish ending with mineral tones.

Cedar, currant, blackberry, black cherry. The flavors are of cherries and bell pepper and cedar. Classic Cali cab at first. But finishes with sweet tannins that leave a sweet finish. Maybe it's just the vintage.

Full of thick tannins and chocolate cherries, with a slight bite at the end.

Huge. Raspberry, black cherry, low terroir, smooth. Burn brownie. Wild blueberry.

The first sip punched me in the face. Full flavoured with fruity highlights. Very smooth. Please try!

We love this wine--I maintain it's the best Cabernet for the price. Great fruit, supple texture, a dependable companion for our sirloins tonight.

Weak nose, pretends to be a bigger wine than it is on the pallet and the finish falls off the cliff. Maybe a good thing. Ok wine at 2 for $20 bin but for $22 a robbery.
