Delicious and juicy. Had with the cauliflower soup but would stand up to way more — a year ago
8yr age and just right. Pomegranate, cocoa, cranberry all present but balanced- not too sweet. — 4 months ago
HWT - this Pouilly-Fume is just delicious and fresh, not oaky as it’s aged in stainless steel tanks. Opened to see if I’d want to cook with it but it’s too yummy to cook with! It was popular in 80’s - 90’s and overshadowed by Sancerre, but is very similar and delicious. On sale for $22,normally $24 I’d buy this for a treat. Much more flavor than a Pinot Grigio but not tart like a typical sav blanc. — 8 months ago

Not for the timid if an in-your-face Cab Franc is one’s introduction to the varietal. That said, a few put away in the cellar will bring much joy down the road. At the moment the wine is defined by dark berries, orange peel, green pepper and yes, even herbes de Provence. Crazy, I know. While a Fleurie and Limniona will bookend tomorrow’s Thanksgiving meal, a sneak pour of this Cab Franc is all but guaranteed. Can’t wait! 🦃🇺🇸🦃 — 10 days ago
