バルベーラ100。良年のみ作られるキュヴェで酸化防止剤無添加。
この前に、バルベーラ100のノーマルを飲んで、あまりのブレットに撃沈したが、これはそのようなオフフレーバーもなく、これまでに感じたことのないブドウの滑らかな果実味。
しっかり濃度もあるが、全く引っかかりのない滑らかさ。
とは言え、自然派らしくバルベーラの個性とかは感じづらい。

個人的に美味しかったけど、一般受けはどうだろう…
