Terrific aromas of brambly red cherries, wet earth, lovely spice and mineral. So fragrant. Awesome. Licorice and strawberry. So clearly defined. Juicy and light to medium bodied with vibrant early season cherry and ripe velvety tannins. Hint of rusticity on the finish lets you know this is Irancy. Excellent. — 13 days ago
Tasted the red version from 2015 a few nights ago. This is pale to mid Lemon in colour. Citrus peel and a tiny bit of oak on the nose. Light to medium bodied with nice texture and citric acid tension. The majority of this cuvée is drawn from 60 year old vines rooted in a single site in Meursault called Les Millerands (so named because of the small bunches and berries that result in this terroir. ) Les Millerands is on the Puligny side of Meursault. The wine was raised in 12 hectolitre cask for 12 months before spending a few months resting in tank. Not complex - juicy and ready to drink. — 7 days ago
Coming from the old quarry behind the Perrieres premier cru area. Very aromatic nose of white fruit, some mint and a touch of oak it seems. The palate is round, rich, mineral and intense, yet with energy and a lot of precision of flavours, i am sure in a blind tasting that the friends would call a much higher level wine, at minimum a Meursault Villages, what a great success from Valentin Jobard.

Very nice Burg with subdued but enticing nose of red fruits earth and spice. Good texture and tart cherries though seemed a bit faded. Decent finish. Waited too long? $20 GL back in ‘12 when it was a rage. — 6 days ago
Confrérie Des Chevaliers du Tastevin Sous-Commanderie d'Albany; 20 September 2020 at New World Bistro, Albany, NY
Physically Distanced 🚧 but Socially Close 🤗 dinner, our first in +8mo. Following the reasonable NY State dining regulations, seated and masked. While a new experience, it was well worth it to see our core group again. — 5 days ago
Organic Burgundy that has nothing to envy to the prestigious appellations of the region. Very nice plain Pinot Noir; quite light, magnificent texture on the palate, tertiary notes with hints of vanilla, almost caramelized perfectly melted. Super price / pleasure ratio.
Super rapport prix/plaisir . — 6 days ago
