Dinner white. More notes lates but another HR version of this cuvee from Gripa. Gorgeous expressive nose of wet earth, granite, gras, spice and lovely tropical fruits. Pop and pour yesterday, at which point it was absolutely stunning. Notes from 24 hrs open. On the nose: soft cola, olive brine, wet stone, a touch of game, cool sandalwood. Absolutely spectacular aromatics. On the palate: fantastic acidity, tomato leaf, olive, black raspberry, lovely density with very finely grained tannin on the juicy finish.
