Clean, full bodied Montrachet with almondy body, hint of lemon and in excellent condition. — 3 years ago
Decided to try one of these guys. Somewhat surprised - more accessible and quite a bit glossier than I was expecting. The 14.5% is well balanced with great acid. Nice deep berry fruit but perhaps doesn’t have as much of those characteristic St. Joseph briny, earthy, olivey, somewhat rustic notes as expected. Nice pairing with shepherd’s pie made from leftovers from Christmas. — 3 months ago
It had to blow off some Brett to start but after 45 minutes or so the wine started to shine. Perfect dark cab franc fruit and weight. — 3 days ago
Delightful brambly fruit and violet aromas are firm but not too grippy on the palate with bell pepper notes and a hint of tobacco spice. This is a perfect example of the varietal. — a month ago
Full bodied, slightly dry, deep complexity, seductive scent , would want a case on the reg — 2 months ago
Another surprise in the longevity and quality of a well made Bourgogne well aged complexity and length that belies the basic label — 4 months ago
Peppery cherry. Mineral with bite. Slightly effervescent. Everything I love in a gamay. — 24 days ago

Dynamite. Cork broke, but not to worry. The wine is so good. Deep, expressive fruit and bitter leaves. Earthy. Improving considerably as it breathes. And the bottle weighs 37 pounds.
