Superb cherry nose, with hay and an earthy thing. Very appealing. The palate is delicious, very juicy. Superb cherry note, a good width, a very strong acid backbone and a nervous, vivid mouthfeel. Some gentle tannins appear in the rear before a long finish with fruit and a nice and clean bitter note that blooms in the end. This is definitely my kind of stuff! — 6 hours ago
Corinne Gonin, Julienas, Les Chanoriers 2019.
Really nice rustic nose with a bright cherry note, hay, a tiny bit of heat. It's quite inviting. The palate is delicious, with a very strong acid backbone, a nice cherry note all along with a good width, a nice and crisp mouthfeel which is disrupted by a mid palate with subtle tannins that add a layer of complexity and a tiny tangy tickle that remains, embracing a fruity recital of a finish. Probably the best Beaujolais I have sourced locally so far (except for a couple of widely overpriced Lapierre bottles I found a couple of years back) — 14 days ago
Delicious, especially in the age of global warming, where certain wine-growing regions (like Beaujolais) are suffering more than others. Deep plummy, dark cherry fruit, a mineral, granitic stank, and a dark floral note on the nose. On the palate the ripe fruit is balanced with more forceful acids than I expected. Really good concentration, soft texture but with some soft tannin at the end, and a long, clingy finish. Love this! — 13 days ago
I just love Fleurie wines – they’re gulpably delicious and versatile. Here we have a delightfully-perfumed and bright representation with Anne-Sophie DuBois, Les Cocottes, 2019, ABV 12.5%. 💕👏🍷
This wine is made with Gamay grapes and hails from the Beaujolais Cru appellation of Fleurie. 🇫🇷 The grapes used to produce this wine were farmed organically and grown on the famous pink granite slopes of this region, with a beneficial south-southwest orientation towards the sun ☀️, offering good exposure throughout the growing season, aiding in the ripening process.
This wine was vinified using the whole grape clusters 🍇 and was subject to ‘carbonic maceration’, where fermentation begins initially within the confines of the intact grapes under a blanket of carbon dioxide. This process is known to highlight the purity of fruit characteristics along with customary notes of bubblegum, cinnamon, banana, kirsch, among other expected characteristics.
👁 It’s medium purple with a delicate haze. 👃 On the nose it is light and perfumed with youthful notes of cherry blossom alongside cherry preserves, wild strawberry, kirsch, banana, nutmeg, balanced with mineral notes like wet slate. 👄 On the palate this wine is dry, it has a brighter, tarter flavor profile, with vibrant acidity, a light body, medium alcohol, light tannins, and good fruit concentration. It has a medium finish. 😍😍😍
We’re pairing this wine with tarragon chicken and caprese. 👌👌👌👌

Fresh, greedy cuvée. Fruit notes (dark cherry) supported by floral touches (rose, iris, violet) and a nice aromatic concentration carried by old vines. It’s peppery, with fine but persistent tannins. Nice bottle for its price.
— 16 days ago
Sour cherry, leather, hay. Very nice nose, very engaging and inviting. The palate is well made with a good acid drive, a nice bright sour cherry note, it's rather thin than broad, a bit of tannins in the rear, leaving a layer of gentle disruption over a long and bright cherry finish. It's a very good Beaujolais in a subtle, precise style. — 6 days ago
Fine and concentrated cuvée Magnum format. Unfiltered?
Deep purple dress. Nose made of fruits and spices, discreet oaky notes. Deep, aerial black cherry and flowers aromas in mouth with very fine tannins. We feel the aromatic concentration of old vines. Notes of evolution that pinote. It's a bit greasy and pleasant. Raised on les lies? Acidity contained. Wine at its peak, for a few more years.
Cuvée fine et concentrée en format Magnum. Non filtré?
Robe pourpre profonde.
— 17 days ago
