Nicely aromatic, with grapefruit, a bit of lemon peel, some apricot and some grassy notes. Restrained and enticing.
On the palate this shows more with ripe white peach, grapefruit and some exotic notes. Nicely balanced & juicy with great flow, esp slightly over chilled.

Here we have a light and fruity Greek varietal wine, named after the Nemean Lion whom Heracles killed as one of his Twelve Labors. Apparently, the Lion’s magic blood fell upon some of these vines, causing the juice to be blood-red instead of white (sans skins, of course). — 6 years ago

We are on an isolated patch on the Pollino mountain, in or just next to the National Park.
This is a blend of Trebbiano and Malvasia
