Nose: just an overwhelming feeling of freshness. Yellow flowers. Much more dense as this opens. Penetrating.
Palate: sweet minerals. Utterly delicious. Stone fruits. Pure mountain stream. More dense as it opens. Succulent. Juicy. Amazing.
There is a perfection about this. Terrific balance.

Epic. Balanced. Pear/apple/floral- but not too much acid… just enough to keep things fresh. — 2 months ago

It’s picked up a little nuttiness to go with the fruit, minerals, and bright acidity. The acid is prominent enough on the finish that it is ever so slightly disjointed but still enjoyable. — 2 years ago
Meg was right about 5+ more years of aging. Just getting close to perfection. — 5 years ago
Baked apple, lemon curd, honey, mango, dried apricot and oak. Good acidity and balance. — 5 months ago
It doesn’t get much better than this. A beautiful Rhone white blend. Aged better than expected. — 4 years ago

Beautiful golden color. Toast, lemon pith, slate, bright acidity. Chablis meets champagne in California? A great food sparkler. — a month ago
