What a super fun and unique wine. I’ve enjoyed some of the chenins and Mourvèdre from D&R but this was my first merlot from them. Beautifully sweetened red fruit with new potpourri aromatics...insanely perfumed. Crunchy cranberry, high acidity and a mix of baking spice/herbs. Deliciously easy to drink. Thanks @Arden Barnett

Light bodied merlot tasting great now. I get dried flowers galore! Also some herbs but a lot of cherry compote, currant, white pepper, and a tiny bit of earth. Very interesting.

Yep, Dirty and Rowdy kills it again with this gem. 100% Merlot from Alder Springs Vineyard. Black Cherries, Unripe plums, graphite, tobacco. Medium acidity, and really pleasant tannins. The finish is terrific and so smooth for such a young wine.
