Alcoholic but not hot.

Melon, lemon curd, limestone and seaspray nose. Some apple and subtle lily fragrance. Battery acid palate. But fairly dense for an albarino. Just so acidic you can hardly tell. Very salty. Savory, almost buttery in its umami. This is a great wine but hard to drink at this point. I think it needs maybe 5 probably 10 years to mellow. — a month ago

Zippy, beautiful, delicious! — 13 days ago
Interesting and food friendly tasty Spanish white of 70% Viura 20% Granacha Blanca 10% Tempranillo Blanco. Minerals and white flowers right on nose and balanced acidity and lively texture on palate carrying through to finish. 12ABV. 14mo in 80/20 French American oak but no sense of any heavy handed use. — a month ago
Favorite summer white, absolute must have! — 2 months ago
This blows 14 away. Awesome nose of macerated cherries, sour cherries, Earth, mineral, floral, roses, tar, so so so stunning. Old school, some superb very specific Nebbiolo cherries. Palate is round and has a amazing sour cherry and early season cherry fruit. So opulent and round but amazingly fresh and dazzlingly pure. Concentrated and lithe with sweet, pure vivid tannins coated with cherry fruit and minerals. Long finish. Better in 5 years but stunning today — 4 months ago
