Abeja

Columbia Valley Merlot 2019

Deep Ruby color with aromas of berry fruits and cedar herb spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry, blueberry and plum with vanilla spice, espresso, leather and cedar herb notes. Fine tannins, slightly drying, long finish ending with fruit, toasty earthy mineral layered with sweet spicy character. Nice! — 5 months ago

Heather Hill Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Excellent wine (that could stand to age at least a few more years)! Cherry and cola notes are dominant on initial palette and the cherry lingers long after swallowing. Red plum, tobacco, and a hint of sage/herbaceous flavors round out the rest of the taste experience. Nice mouthfeel, medium firm tannins, and smooth finish make for a very pleasurable quaff. Yum! — 4 years ago

Dunham/MacLachlan

Baby Bear Syrah 2013

Solid WA Syrah. Excellent for those who worship Taransaud barrels. 2013 vintage
Mr MacLachlan’s wine is no longer made at Dunham. Abeja now and it’s the oak that make them special. Shout out to artist Caroline Church, who does incredible art for the labels.
