Got better as the night went on. Opened this with the Mercer HHH Red Blend (2014). Initially the HHH Red showed better. The Cab caught up after an hour or 2.

It's actually the merlot...full body with notes of warm spice, silky tannins and bright acidity. Great with steak!

Nice Cabernet. Slightly heavier tannins than the Abeja red blend we were drinking but still enjoyable. Went great with our steaks.
