Aromas of Green apple, lemon, brioche, hay; palette is refreshing, bright and crisp with flavours of lemon zest, bread dough, tart Granny Smith apple, layered with stone fruit (peach). Not bad, not bad at all for the price! ;)

Stewed apple, baked oats, touch of vanilla, cinnamon and a hint of raspberry on the nose. Dry, fine mousse. Nose continues to palate.

Love. Lots and lots of tiny bubbles. Very dry.

A very pleasant floral and fruit bouquet and palate. This champagne paired well with a variety of veggies and protein.
