Los Arcos Solera Amontillado Dry-Seco Sherry

Who doesn't wish they were drinking more Sherry? Until tonight, I didn't realize how great it is with Indian food.

Every time I have one I'm reminded of how much more I should explore dry Sherries.
So versatile with many different dishes.

Nutty, burnt sugar, and salted butter bliss

Toasted almonds, candied pecans, coffee, burnt caramel, and Werther's hard candy. Fresh acidity and glassy texture. Long, complex finish.

Sherry-thin but soft and subtle, with a bit of a burn right at the finish.

Spanish tapas starter.

I think I’m in love. Finally ventured out from Fino on a recommendation for this delicious DRY medium-to-light bodied sipper. Impossibly good for the price.
