Don Nuño Solera Reserva Dry Oloroso Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Palomino Fino

Pecan pie, cantucci, hints of balsamic vinegar. With aged Manchego, it’s a match made in heaven. Finish is shorter than expected but it’s still a great value. — 12 days ago

Palo Cortado Península Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Seco Dry

Nutty and zesty with very long finish. Pairs incredibly well with Manchego cheese and Marcona almond. — a month ago

Benje Blanco Listan Blanco 2017

Place: Tenerife (Canary Island), Spain from Yconde-Daute-Isora appellation.
Vigneron: Envinate (Cuvee Viticole)
Grape: Listán Blanco; Vintage: 2017
Color: Deep gold to amber around the rim. Why is the color gold for a young wine? *** I don’t know, maybe skin contact, or oxidative wine making style? @brianmcclinticms @envinatewine
Nose: Not floral, not citrus, spices (cinnamon, fennel seeds)
Taste: Good structure, soft acidity throughout, sweet spice taste, interesting that it’s packing quite a bit of tannins for a white wine from mid-palate through long finish.

Very Rare Oloroso Emperatriz Eugenia Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Palomino Fino

By far one of my favourite sherries. It's got it all. Absolutely cracking oloroso that oozes class. Dry dry dry but with a glycerol finish that coats the mouth like fine honey. Excellent value for money, too. — 2 months ago

Emilio Cuvee Pinot Gris Blend

Oloroso Seco Gobernador Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Palomino Fino

Pecan pie, dried fruits, orange peel on the nose. Crisp acidity with some briny notes on the palate. More pecan nuttiness on the finish. — a month ago
