Apricot, peach, kerosene, flowers, medium bodied, saline and medium acidity. 13.5 abv. Not as expressive as some wines I’ve had from them.

Pale gold in colour. A trace of paraffin, tangerine and grapefruit peel. Palate staining intensity - mandarin flesh, ripe grapefruit, low acid with great length. I had a bottle of this a week ago which was oxidised and over the hill so I was thinking the worst for this but Lo and behold this was brilliant. This wine is at its peak. A superb dry Riesling and one of the 1001 Wines.

Just simply delicious. Reducrive/flinty nose, penetrating limey flavors and long finish.
