Very classic profile with tart red cherry frutt and a skeletal, lean texture. Good w pate champagne, but not generous enough to drink w lighter fare.

Pale electric purple, plenty of acid and grip. Savory components plus sage and lavender, rhubarb, white pepper. Perfect with Kuby’s sausages and grilled root veggies. Nothing overripe here.

2016 vintage. Great typicity. Magenta color, floral and red fruit aromatics. Wild strawberry, cranberry, red apple skin, lingonberry, wet rocks, fresh pink flowers, hibiscus, green tea.
