Spicy dark fruit, herb notes. Fruit centered but some tannin presents. Menthol cherry lozenge.

Haven't had much experience with Gamay varietal. Big jammy dark fruit flavor with a dry finish. Very nice.

Great Brouilly. Tart cherry with potting soil and floral notes. Light tannins, nice acidity in the finale.

Decanted, took 20 minutes to open. Then it was riding high for an hour before fading out. Deep red fruit and grandma's attic.

I have never been disappointed by a Cru Beaujolais, though I admit the first day this #brouilly was closed and a touch unbalanced on the tart side. Wine fridge +1 day and it’s expressed itself pleasantly. Cooked raspberry, lighter cherry nose, lovely acid-forward balance with more pronounced fruit on the second day, understated mineral notes. Good decision to buy 3 bottles at less than $20 each @ #costcowines

Jul 4th, 2025Medium ruby in color; black cherries, hibiscus, and dried leaves on the nose; medium plus acidity; medium minus tannins; tastes like pomegranates, violets (I think), and wet slate with a medium finish. Not bad.

Great, versatile bottle. Went well with ham as well as with the roast vegetables, Brussel sprouts, and orange garnish. Amazing. Notes of cherry and tobacco. Strong tannins.
