La Grande Année Brut Champagne Blend

Delicate red fruits (cranberry , currant , tart cherry) complemented by blood orange, soil tones, and liquid minerals. The palate is fresh and long with lots of dry extract . This rose is so elegant and refined . One of the best young Bolle rose I have tasted.

A stunner. Mouth filling and weightless all at once. Focused and linear but adding layers with air. Better at 55° than 45°. Marmalade croissants. Hard to take a sip without vocalizing how delicious it is.

A very elegant refined Grand Annee one of the best young remediations I have had .

Loads of Various Fruit Flava, Lovely Mousse, Excellent Energy & Verve

Pale straw coloration. On the nose, apples and lemon. On the palate, tart citrus, honey, florals, brioche and a very long finish.

Big and yeasty. A grapefruit finish.

This is an excellent champagne. Does not quite live up to his older cousin the 2012, but still a great bottle. A bit more acidity than the 2012 and if that mellows it could be much better in a few years. Recently stocked up on some more of the 2014 and glad I did.
