Yellow core with clear rim. The nose was extremely profound and tightly wound with med + intensity and med + complexity. Driven by ripe tropical fruit, ripe apples, white flowers, hazelnuts, spice, and rich notes. The palate was taught and well structured. Med + complexity on the palate with some corn notes. A young and awkward #whiteburgundy Medium intensity and complexity on the nose. The palate's structure was driven by high acid. The fruit was on the unripe side. There was a strong white pepper characteristic. The length was surprisingly long. Ginkgo smash rot blows off to wildflower honey and brioche, tart pineapple, chamomile, yellow apple, ginger nose. Tart starfruit, lemon zest, lime pith, lemon-lime peel; wound a little tight. Lemongrass and a green onion element I expect to vanish. Ginseng and glittering lemon oil and racing pith for a long salivating finish. Opened rich and unctuous, but narrowed to focused acid blast.
