Joseph Colin

Sous Roche Dumay Saint-Aubin Premier Cru Chardonnay 2019

2024/4. Having gone through all of the 2018 Combes, this was the next-best value I could find of Joseph Colin’s Saint Aubins still out there. While I still need to get to know this wine better, the first meeting was wonderful — 8 months ago

Gaja

Pieve Santa Restituta Brunello di Montalcino Sangiovese 2018

The wine is full bodied wine, on nose its big strawberries, vanilla notes, leather and oak. On palate, acidity is medium+, chewy, creamy, firm structure, long finish, big fruits of course. This is a beautiful wine, considering 2018 is not an easy year for montalcino. Decant time is 1 hour, enjoy it now or keep it for 2-3 years. Cheers!! 🍷 — 8 months ago

I don’t think I have ever had anything made by Ridge until a few weeks ago. Mighty tasty stuff. Went well with the pasta dish I made for dinner. Now on a mission to find more 😊 — 8 months ago
