Light vanilla/oak on the nose, hint of baking spices, raspberry/cherry fruit forward on the palate with just a bit of peppery spice, lightly sweet but in a nice floral way that keeps it from being cloying. — 5 months ago

Pomegranate juice, florals, and brown butter in the aroma. High acid upfront that turns into a sweet tomato taste. There’s a vegetable, herbal note that is very familiar but I can’t put my finger on. Floral tobacco and a juicy grapefruit acid on the finish that lingers on the tongue. Pretty interesting and evolving tasting experience. Definitely needs to be tasted on its own as it’s complexity could be over shadowed by food. — 3 years ago
