Nice to see what a decade can do. — 8 months ago
Located in southern Bordeaux Medoc near villages Macau & Ludon, designated a great growth 1855 Classification. Blend; 52% Cab Sauv, 39% Merlot, 5% Cab Franc & 4% Petit Verdot, aged in 40% new oak for 12 months + 4 months in vats before bottling. Rich and dark with berry aromas, complex and enticing. On the palate perfectly ripe blackberry and black cherry with earthy dried herbs, some tobacco and spice. Fine tannins, well balanced with acidity building to a great finish. Very special. — 7 years ago
Midway recommendation. Really good. Only had with OJ. Christmas day Mimosas — 8 years ago
Absolutely delish! Fruity with an oaky finish. — 3 months ago
Very hipster tattoo styled label. 52% Petite Verdot, 25% Cab Sauv, 23% Malbec. Dark, dark maroon color. Aroma is gravel and molasses. Maybe a hint of berry. Flavors are beefy and big. Lots of dried black cherry. Some molasses. Tannins are well represented. Has that classic Matchbook herbal streak. This went well with the lamb and mushroom dish I made. A great blend. Lots of zip and zing. Delicious. — 5 months ago

Fun fresh and fruity. Pretty sweet. Nice bubbles. Super cheap. Good balcony and sunshine all day wine — 6 years ago

Mmm. . . The family picked this up at a tasting at our new favorite butcher shop. More on the sweet side for a pinot but still flavorful. Hmmm may have to check my Napster for an accompanying Zac Brown hit for ambience. — 7 years ago
Really well balanced, an easy drinking wine at a reasonable price — 8 years ago

Had this again. Label is hint classy. Rustic. Color is lighter with a slight rust to the edge. Smells like rocks in the sun and flint. Berries too. Flavors are juicy, fruity and balanced. Zippy. This is a lighter styled GSM with a classy elegance to it. — 5 days ago
