Eine dieser seltenen ausnahmen kreiiert von Winning mit seinem Sauvignon Blanc I - birgundische fülle gepaart mit nussig, weichen vanillearomen, wenig gras, keine stachelbeeren sichtbar. The nose shows lemon zest, pineapple and a petrol note. The palate is made of a massive acid backbone, some lemony and yellow fruits notes all along, it's vibrant and almost tensed and finishes with a nice long zesty and fresh note that holds for a while.
