Fresh, flowery extra dry blend of Riesling, Pinot Blanc & Pinot Noir from sandy soils. Light, joyful, nicely balanced. Juicy acidity, nice froth. Complexity wise this is halfway between a really good Valdobbiadene & a Loire Cremant.
Polish, yet nice! No — 2 years ago
Delicious naturally sweet wine from late harvest! Good colour with hints of amber. Aromas of Polish pears with delicate notes of honey and raisins. Full-bodied and balanced. — 4 years ago

Christmas dinner part 2. Served along seafood (oysters, sea snails, shrimps, crab, langoustines...) good pairing. This is a good chard from Poland, a bit on the richer side of things, with a lower acid drive and some tropical, yellow fruits both on the nose and on the palate. The nose is particularly inviting with honeyed roasted pineapple slices notes. Really good ! — a day ago
