One of my favorites! Not too dry, not too fruity. My go-to gift for "old" people on their birthdays! — 4 days ago
Funny label if it’s that kinda Cougar. But if it’s go Cougs! then it makes perfect sense. Smells like spices. And like fresh grains? Hints of berries. Flavors are great. Cassis, menthol, licorice and herbs. Slate, rocks and apple pumice. Balanced with lovely backbone. Elegant, fresh, delicious. This is a new world wine with an old world soul. And it’s awesome. — a month ago
Tart, dry, light bodied - perfect! Buff chick casserole and Wire! 8/22 — a month ago
Leaves and soul on the nose with a hint of violets to complete the bouquet. Fully integrated tannins with vanilla oak, charcoal and tar on the palette. The Cabernet Franc is a pleasant component of this vintage. The wine is still in its prime and it will be for years to come IMO. — a month ago
Some Burgundian soul on this for sure with its low alcohol, vibrant acidity, and layer of barnyard funk atop singingly pure raspberry fruit. The earthiness fades with air (and is nearly gone by day two) leaving a well-balanced, exceedingly drinkable, and very pretty wine. — 9 days ago
