Good varietal characteristics of red fruit and noticeable spice. Cardamom, white pepper- medium bodied and good acidity. Enjoyed. — 5 months ago
Morillon vom Opok
Biodynamic Chardonnay from Steiermark.
Cloudy, smokey, yeasty, sappy, fresh!
Bruised apples, ripe lemons, underripe pineapple, green mango. Plus some hay, flinty, smokey aromas. Juicy, fresh, enticing.
On the palate with vibrant acidity, with great freshness & depth. Rough around the edges, with a touch of cidery notes, a bit of VA. There’s a creamy touch to the mouthfeel. And a mineral hint. This is ultra drinkable and so delicious. Love it! — 2 years ago
One of the signature grapes of Austria, deep lemon with aromas of stone and tropical fruits, spice and fresh citrus notes. On the palate pear, melon and tangy lemon citrus flavors with herb and pepper spice. Well balanced, medium finish ending with mineral tones. Nice value, will benefit with some short term aging. — 3 years ago
Incredible - light pear, apple, a little citrus, and an intense minerality that I absolutely love on its own or paired with nearly any dish. There's also a subtle green characteristic that leans more herbal (mint or rosemary, maybe) than vegetal and becomes more pronounced as it warms up. For the price, this is one of the most flexible and delicious wines I've had the pleasure of trying. I'll always have a couple bottles on hand. — 10 months ago

Smells like “bubble gum” doesn’t taste that way but think this bottle is advanced due to storage because of an oxy note on palate. Nice acidity texture and length as you’d expect — 2 years ago
