Enjoyed this one. Had the 2022 in April of 2024. Paired with homemade cheesy spaetzle and basically chicken schnitzel. Some lemon and minerality. Some pear and spice. Paired incredibly well and plan to buy more of this for summer deck sipping!

Got this at TOTAL WINE “and more” (=cigars) and it’s a fizzy delight. What are yellow fruits anyway? Bill is doing a half Ironman tomorrow so we’re eating pasta with Andrew and Lindsey tonight. The pepper in the wine complements the pepper in the pepper. Raleigh is warm.
