My first Rav... I am very familiar with MdT and rate it highly but had not explored the finer end of the spectrum. Quality of the maker really shines through - refined, basic elements give way to an overall much crisper, shelly and mineral expression - epitome of Chablis. Time in glass produced the characteristic waxy notes. — 3 years ago
This was fantastic, strong, and yet still seemingly understated. Although I am no fortune teller, this seemed strong and young. I couldn’t place all the flavors I experienced, but to my palate there was raspberry, blackberry, smoked meats, soil after a rain, and portobello mushroom all matched with a beautiful color to stare at between sips. Long pauses to enjoy the long finish. — 3 months ago
Had an op to re-buy at $115 and wanted to check in on the 2006. What a nice rendition. Perhaps not the best vintage overall, but in really great shape right now with the typical tobacco aromas. Needless to say, I am buying more — 3 years ago
This California, non-region specific, red blend knocked my socks off when someone ordered a bottle at dinner. I’d never have chosen it myself, but am glad I tried it. Beautiful nose, tannins and finish. And at $35.99 at our local wine store, it’s a steal! — 5 months ago

This juicy Grüner Veltliner has crisp acidity ands great depth of flavor with lemon, green apple, pear, yellow plum, fennel, white pepper, stone, hay, honeysuckle and a long finish. Medium body asks wonderful with grilled shrimp and an escargot pot pie (seriously good). Great value — a day ago
