2020 June / July. This shows how just a little age brings out the depth in a traditional Mosel kabinett. It’s not qualitatively “better” than the 2018 JJ Prum wines, just more ready to drink - the stone is still there, there’s almost no petrol yet, but the fruit is deeper and more savory. — 4 years ago
