As long as it’s paired with something bloody, this acidic and peppery Riesling will not disappoint — 5 months ago
Color is a beautiful, almost unnaturally reddish pink, cloudy and hazy. On the nose you get apple cider, watermelon, candied grapefruit and bubblegum. On the palate it's fairly dry with low acid and some of the notes on the nose are lost. It's mostly green apple, mango, peaches and some yeast. No funk from natural processes and incredibly refined for being unfiltered. On the finish you do get a bit of dried herbs. Pretty energetic bubbles like soda pop. — 4 years ago
Light straw color. Nose is tart. Bright. Citrus. Taste is acidic. Dry! Astringent. Full. Lemon. Pear. Like. Green apple. Fresh. — 6 years ago

Slightly carbonated, funky, dry, crisp, wonderful, not too tart... perfect with seafood. This is a favorite. — 6 months ago
We had this in Vermont and it was lovely. It was a Chardonnay and I really enjoyed it. — 4 years ago

Little green for me. I like more fruit in my Riesling. — 6 years ago
Snappy! This wine brings the pop. Great acid and dryness at its core, this builds the framework for this wine’s structure and ability to hold greater complexity in its expression of fruit. Lemongrass, ripe grapefruit, candied kumquat, slate, and petrichor zip across the palette. I’ve had other bottlings from this producer in mixed vintages but this one clearly rises to the top in 2014. At a great place to enjoy now. Grip & rip. One for the acid freaks — 7 years ago

A salty dog on this go around. Reading less tropical with more lime and slate. Was able to pick a few more and have four more bottles. — a month ago
