Thinking pink as summer temps continue into October...
Strawberries and minerals on the nose and palate, more mild acidity compared to prior years. I'm loving this vintage!! — a month ago
Just a solid chianti Riserva, drank with NY pizza then again the next day after vacummed and store in fridge with pollo ala francese,. Was great both days. — 2 days ago
I'll leave the detailed reviews to the professionals. I've had this in the seller for a few years. Finally opened, decanted, let it sit for about an hour. Fantastic tannins on the finish. Exactly what I like. Does not disappoint. — a month ago

Ro Steakhouse! Great food. Good wine pairing — 9 hours ago
Blend of 97% Mencía and 3% white grapes, deep Ruby red color with aromas of ripe black fruits, pepper spice and oak. On the palate flavors of ripe blackberry and plum with cinnamon, cacao, cacao and smoky notes. Fine chewy tannins, medium+ finish, lively acidity, nice mouthfeel, ending with vanilla and earthy chaulky mineral tones, a fine Sipping Wine! Organic! — a month ago
Deep purple in color with a purplish rim.
Strong nose of black fruits with oak, earth and chocolate notes.
Full bodied and soft, with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with black cherries, black plums, currants, oak, licorice, earth, light vegetables, herbs, dark chocolates and peppercorn.
Medium on the finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This young Syrah from Red Mountain is starting to drink very nicely. Rich, elegant and fruit forward. Complex with a soft mouthfeel.
Needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years and see how it evolves.
This Single Vineyard Syrah is powerful, yet elegant. Soft, spicy and smooth. Good by itself or with food.
100% Syrah grapes were aged in (50% new) French and American Oak barrels for 18 months. Unfiltered and Biodynamic. A tiny production of less than 1,500 bottles.
13.5% alcohol by volume.

Seemingly more youthful than the notes on my last bottle, about 20 months ago, would suggest. A fair amount of bricking at the rim, but the nose shows a nice integration of dark macerated cherry, Provençal herbs, iodiney minerals, and sun-baked earth. In the mouth, the tannins are there but resolving. Decent concentration, and sneaky acidity lifts it up a bit. Nice! — 17 days ago
