Last night of Florence honeymoon and this younger merlot blend was up for the occasion!! Mi amore ❤️ — 8 months ago
This was a good wine I enjoyed it a lot full bodied and balanced. — 2 years ago
Hot nose, big floral, fat berry, tar, chocolate. Medium dry tannins, lots of oak, takes away a bit from the fruit. Tight. Needs to breathe. I’ll wait to score. After two hours it’s put on weight. Fruit came out and tannins became well integrated. I’d have given it a 87-88 on opening but now it’s a solid 92. — a month ago

The nose on the ‘21 Areio e Vento e Amor hits you from 5 ft away, full of ripe fruit but also chocolate, mushroom, and brush. It’s a translucent purple with a touch of Evangelho dusty-ness in the glass. Smooth and balanced with mild tannins at first, it opened up in the glass and alongside food to some intense berry jam and pepper flavors. — 10 months ago

Fragrant, deep purple color. Earthy scent. Medium body, light tannins on the finish. — 3 months ago
High expectations for this given the Paradigm winemaker legacy and the name!
Not quite at the Paradigm level but still very enjoyable.
The red fruits dominants with cherry and almost had a Sangiovese like flavor profile. Definitely not that much acidity but good tannins. — 9 months ago

Gold hue. Aromas and flavors of apple, apricot, bell pepper, lemon, and petrol, with a hint of grass and creamy notes. Medium body with medium-plus acidity. Silky and rounded mouthfeel. Complex bouquet. Elegant and balanced, with a lasting finish. — a month ago
