Had this wine in Vegas, Bardot Brasserie. The wine was approachable with gentle berries, fine tannins, lovely terroir that gives palette a mineral accent on the finish. Sold at $164 in restaurant. Had 3 bottles, still wasn't bored. — 8 years ago
They are the King’s of Champagne for a reason.
Beautiful mousse. Both yellow & white stone fruits, tropicals, lime & lemon zest/pulp, green & red apple, cream to whipped cream, ginger skin, grey volcanics-limestone minerals, white spice, taunt chalk, baguette crust, sea fossils/foam, white spring flowers, yellow lilies, excellent acidity, balance, structure, tension & elegance for days with a finish that ends balanced on fruit & minerality.

If this is the OSA Pinot Grigio that I got from the Yard House in Las Vegas, it was very good. Stronger than normal but so light and easy to drink — 13 days ago
Decant and pour. On the nose: dark fruit, pencil shavings, green bell pepper, leather, mushrooms. Taste: a brooding, still austere, structured wine with dark fruit, cassis, smoked earth, cigar, minerals, crushed stone. Some pronounced tannins want you to give it more time for a better score in the future.

Very peach forward not a lot of funk — 5 years ago
Pop and pour. A medium ruby red color. On the nose: floral, forest floor, cherry, herbs, and caramel vanilla. Taste: white pepper, strawberry/raspberry, with a smokey floral medium plus finish framed by medium acidity. Tannins starting to resolve...give this medium body wine a few more years.
This pinot going great with the Imperial Peking Duck tasting menu at this once Michelin starred restaurant (1st Chinese restaurant in north America to earn one).
