A favorite in my house. The bourbon aftertaste is very subtle, but it gives off a slight smoky aftertaste. Very smooth. — a month ago

Light ruby color with a garnet rim. Aromas of Smokey black berry/currant/raspberry fruit with notes of forest floor and purple flowers. Same fruits on the palate with hints of mushrooms, black tea, dried earth and savory spices. Juicy with silky tannins. Medium bodied and soft textured. — 19 days ago
v15. Delicious! Soft smoked meat nose. Rich, dark, black currant and blackberry fruit. Smooth, long, slightly astringent, chewy, chalky chocolate and leather finish. Nicely balanced and enjoyable! — 12 days ago

Medium lemon color with aromas of stone and citrus fruits, biscuit and toasty nutty notes. On the palate flavors of peach, melon and pear with citrus, vanilla and baked bread, slight creamy texture. Medium+ finish, lively acidity, ending with fruit, biscuit, nuts, toasty oak and savory lemon character. Nice! — 4 months ago
Cork fell apart for the 2nd time on the same wine Juice was great though — 3 years ago
See previous note in August 2022. Vines planted in 1961 in the Eden Valley. A fuller riper style than the usual Pewsey Vale - still finishing dry. Aromatics of Lemon and Lime. The terroir and the quality of the fruit showing through. Not a hint of TDN (Kerosene/Petrol) showing through. Could cellar for another 3 to 4 years if desired up to its 10th birthday. — 2 months ago

Bright gold color. Lovely aromas of white flowers, green apple and orange zest. Flavors of unripe peach, lemon, apple, asparagus and a distinct note of white pepper on the long and lingering finish. Bone dry with mouth watering acidity. Just a bit of CO2 right out of the bottle. Clean and crisp. So refreshing. Aging nicely. A taste of Spring! Thanks for sharing, Kase! — 20 days ago
