Here we are again. It’s a 2004 rose and this is just amazing. Why oh why did I just buy a case of this and not more? Shame on me. This is a spectacular champagne that keeps over-delivering — 5 months ago
Pale salmon color, small, delicate bubbles. Aromas of strawberries, lemon zest and grapefruit. What a solid NV champagne, red berry flavors, lemon and stone fruit on the palate.
🍇45% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier.

Pale salmon in color.
Strong nose of raspberries, strawberries, citrus, yeast, bread and minerals.
Medium in body with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.
Dry on the palate with citrus, green apples, light raspberries, earth, light yeast, minerals and sea salt.
Nice length on the finish with almonds and limes.
This is a delicious Rosé Champagne.
Well balanced and entertaining. Complex and interesting.
Easy drinking and good by itself or with food.
A blend of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Meunier. Aged for 36 months on its lees.
12% alcohol by volume.

From 109% Alsatian Pinot Noir. Light pink/salmon color. Nose features strawberry, raspberry and orange zest. Bright red berry and red apple flavors. Medium bodied and a nice mousse with tiny bubbles that hang around for a reasonable amount of time. Juicy fruit with a clean and dry finish. — 3 years ago
Superb summer sparkler, with notes of strawberry and other red fruits amidst a heady fizz. Pleasurable and well-priced (which compounds the pleasure!). And it’s French! — 4 years ago
Catching up on some delayed bottle posts...no notes.
My great friend/coworker invited me over to his house for a belated celebration of my birthday. We enjoyed this bottle, alongside some delicious, local Indian cuisine, while touring around West Hill Lake in northwest CT in his electric pontoon boat. — 5 years ago
Popped open on the night of college football championship game. I honestly thought the U would pull it off at the last second and kick the winning extra point as the expired.
Oh well… at least this is enjoyable as always. My reference point for rose Champaign. — 6 months ago
Fruit and savory with a saline finish. Yum, very food friendly — 8 months ago
Great memories of being in Sonoma in summer but this is a year-round Rose. Perfectly balanced, slight acid, strong mineral flavor, and some funk on the nose. — 4 years ago
High acidity and citrus notes in this pale Pinot rose. Sublte minty aftertaste. Refreshing and soft on the palate, it’s a very approachable and delicious summer wine. — 4 years ago
A shockingly vibrant orange color with reddish pink accents. The bubbles are tiny and persistent. 45/35/20 PN/CH/PM with 15% of still Pinot Noir added in and it shows. The sweetness level is fine and appropriate at 9 g/ dosage. Fresh raspberries on the nose immediately and they never leave. Plums and strawberries make their mark along with a touch of brioche buns and butterscotch.
Sleek, elegant, and sexy. This has all the markings of a big champagne house rosé and that’s not a bad thing. As pleasant as a warm spring day with flowers blooming all around with that extra generosity and class you expect. Very sensual and lush in your mouth and on your tongue. Wonderful minerality and red fruits on the palate. Earthiness and spice make themselves known, as well. A dash of smoke on the medium to long finish. Truly exquisite stuff, especially for a NV bottle. — 5 years ago

Saline, dry, red berry, citrus rind, bitters. Very nice, but I prefer a little more fruit and a little more French. With the first grill of the season! Charred salmon, asparagus, corn on the cob, and strawberry tomato and watermelon salad — 2 months ago
