Medium in body with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.

Dry on the palate with citrus, green apples, light raspberries, earth, light yeast, minerals and sea salt.

Nice length on the finish with almonds and limes.

This is a delicious Rosé Champagne.
Well balanced and entertaining. Complex and interesting.

Easy drinking and good by itself or with food.

A blend of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Meunier. Aged for 36 months on its lees.

A shockingly vibrant orange color with reddish pink accents. The bubbles are tiny and persistent. 45/35/20 PN/CH/PM with 15% of still Pinot Noir added in and it shows. The sweetness level is fine and appropriate at 9 g/ dosage. Fresh raspberries on the nose immediately and they never leave. Plums and strawberries make their mark along with a touch of brioche buns and butterscotch.

Sleek, elegant, and sexy. This has all the markings of a big champagne house rosé and that’s not a bad thing. As pleasant as a warm spring day with flowers blooming all around with that extra generosity and class you expect. Very sensual and lush in your mouth and on your tongue. Wonderful minerality and red fruits on the palate. Earthiness and spice make themselves known, as well. A dash of smoke on the medium to long finish. Truly exquisite stuff, especially for a NV bottle. — 5 years ago
