Light straw color. Aromas of peaches, freshly baked bread, white flowers and tropical fruits. Very pleasant tropical fruit medley on the palate as well along with hints of apple, lemon, brioche and spiced nuts. Interesting salty/mineral note on the finish. Bright and acid driven. This winery’s Zins age beautifully. Color is still youthful. Complex nose shows earthy dark berry fruit, spice, sandalwood. Almost Bordeaux-like in the mouth. Dry, savory, some spicy blackberry fruit, and a minerally finish. Dry, with nice acids. — 3 months ago
