Intense nose. Pear, mowed grass, pungent rock dust, chlorine, salinity. Also intense and demanding in the mouth. Great acids. Herbal, minerals, acids. It’s not a welcoming wine, but it announces itself loudly. I’m giving it a 9.2 primarily on brashness. — 3 days ago
Clean, mineral with high acidity.
Low Serving temperature seems better, but drink slowly. The flavour changes a lot. First of all green apple and citrus dominate, in the end tropical fruit sparkles. — 3 days ago
Lightest gold; nose went from ripe, pit fruit on opening to distinctly herbal over time; tasted of pear and a little apricot finishing with nice acidity. (Foursquare could not locate Trüffelschwein, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Germany’s second largest city.) — 10 days ago
