100% Malbec crafted by the Catena Zapata family, which established with their first Malbec vineyard planted in Mendoza, Argentina in the beginning of 1900’s.
This is sensational mid-range in the Zapata portfolio, highly perfumed wine, on nose it welcomes you with a blend of medley berries, ripen plums and baked blueberries. On the palate shows highly and deep flavors of dark chocolate, some hint of herbaceous and violet flowers as well.
The mouthfeel is denoted by the creamy and rounded tannins with a execptional depth and complexity. Decant it for 45-60 mins, pour and cheers! — 2 months ago
Solid new world red with just the right amount of Argentinian pepper spice & presence to establish a solid mature red fruit forward glass. Crisp finish and well balanced! — 5 months ago
Sourced from a vineyard at 1,100 metres in Paraje Altamira, deep Ruby with aromas of black fruits, herb, leather and spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blackberries with citrus, leather and spice, fine tannins, well balanced long finish ending with an earthy mineral and tobacco spice character. Nice! — a month ago
I’m biased. Monastrell is my fav grape. This is one of the better ones I’ve tried. It’s rich, supple, dry and lovely. — 3 months ago
Will definitely buy this bottle again. — 4 months ago
Best way I can think of to describe it is that it taste “bright”. VERY good and smooth — 2 months ago
The best bottle of Argentinian Malbec I have had. Deep and dense layers of black fruit. Velvety and mellow tannins. Fantastic pairing with our steaks. Vina Cobos is a winery to seek out. Paul Hobbs as well. — 3 months ago

Turley remains my number one and two favorite wine. An absolute masterpiece out of Napa Valley. Pairs well with red meat and spiced vegetables. — 7 days ago
