The Mine

Klein Constantia

Vin de Constance Natural Sweet Muscat à Petits Grains 2017

One of Napoleon's favorites and also one of mine. Fully complemented my dessert but didn't add overwhelming sweetness 😊 — 3 months ago

Guillaume Selosse

Largillier Extra Brut Champagne Pinot Noir

7/17 Disgorgment, and 2010 based. Always a favorite of mine, and with some bottle age it takes on even further levels of unmatched complexity, layers, depth and aromatics synonymous with Selosse. Largillier is a wine I just can’t stay away from. — 3 years ago

Domaine Ragot

Givry Pinot Noir 2016

2021/4/9-10 with Yuko’s nori bento and delivery yakitori. I gave this a try because they had it at a local wine shop who use taste matches mine (generally a good strategy), and this was just what you’d hope for - light and juicy but characterful, with sneaky stuffing. I’d definitely buy it again. — 4 years ago

Long Shadows Vintners

Feather Red Bordeaux Blend 2018

Oz Cag
9.4

This is going down VERY easily. For the pricetag I would expect nothing less. It has such wonderful flavour, is robust and honestly, not a wine I want to share... It's all mine, nom 🙂 — 2 years ago

Philip Togni Vineyard

Tanbark Hill Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2007

— 4 years ago

The Ojai Vineyard

Bien Nacido Vineyard Chardonnay 2021

Santa Barbera Chardonnay is really becoming a favourite of mine. The Pinot from SB seems to get all the attention here in Sweden but the Chardonnay is outperforming the Pinot by a mile. Very bright and well balanced. Seashell, pear, honey, hezelnuts, jasmin, tiger balm. — 2 years ago

Being an easily accessible SB in Sweden I must say I enjoy all their wines a lot, but I agree with your assessment on the Chdy.

Domaine de Fondrèche

Cuvée Nadal Côtes du Ventoux Red Rhone Blend 2011

2011. Very interesting up or down reviews on this wine. Several mention funky notes, where I tasted none. Several noted high tannins, where maybe mine had mellowed. Body was a little thin and it did take over an hour to start opening up, but I paired it with some Indian takeout and it paired great! — 3 years ago

@Jay Kline have you tried their rosé yet? Supposedly done in the style of Chateau Simone. Really want to find a bottle

@Arden Barnett I have not. But if what you say is true, I’m sure to like it!
