Still quite young but delicious. More surprisingly versatile than it will be when it gets all syrupy and raisin-y. — 3 years ago
Delish. Little bit of spice and the nose on the palette. — 5 years ago
Medium golden color with aromas of stone and citrus fruits with fine bubbles and light mousse. On the palate flavors of ripe apple and lemon citrus with biscuit and honeysuckle notes. Medium+ finish ending with fruit, citrus and herb floral mineral character. — 3 years ago
Color of burgundy with grapefruit orange on the rim. Nose of sweet citrus and tangerine, spice and strawberry jam, cherry, a bit minty, and the nose is plenty. Taste of follows the nose with addition of black tea, nice acidity and tobacco leaves. 2nd sip shows some sweet bourbon flavor. Some more dried strawberry follows with mellow bitter rind and really soft tannins. Aftertaste shows some more alcohol strength and grapefruit zest to balance out. Quite nice. — 4 years ago

Complex expression of a Cinque Terre white. Medium gold in color with tons of white peach, orange and lemon rind, a salty tang not unlike a manzanilla sherry, orange marmalade, apricot, and a tarragon finish with marcona almond notes. Superb with food and nice if tending savory to sip on — 8 years ago

Good value Amarone from Costco. Pop and pour approachable. Not as dense as the best Amarone but has the nice clove spiciness, fig, and dried leaves slight tannins with a pleasant finish. Surprisingly there is a hint of ripe strawberry that is a softening agent. — 10 months ago

Big and bold. Smooth! — 5 years ago
A special dessert wine. Relatively low in alcohol (13%). Quite fruity with black berry jam. Velvety and elegant, great to combine with chocolate desserts and red fruit desserts. — 7 years ago

Made from 50% Nebbiolo, 40% Croatina, and 10% Vespolina. Light bodied with high acidity. This is a tasty red blend from Alto Piemonte. Cherry and strawberry flavors come through initially on the palate, followed by orange zest, slight hints of cinnamon and bay leaf, and a strong mineral backbone. Tasty, persistent finish. The fruit flavors are exuberant and really dominate initially. Over time the other flavors come out a bit more. This is the 2024 vintage. — 3 months ago
