Beautiful wine - a blend of grapes so obscure the index of Jancis Robinson’s “Wine Grapes” reference will provide clues to only one of them. Highly aromatic - dried herbs & licorice - and a sweet sappy core. Cherry liqueur, buttressing acidity, medium finish. Good structure and balance. Lovely work. — 3 years ago

Dry in the best way! Blackberries and a bit of spice make this a great Spanish red. — 6 years ago

Nice body, but still fresh, featuring stone fruits with some minerality. — 8 months ago

Very nice and light — 3 years ago
On the nose this was incredibly fruity and full. I expected something with a bit of heat, but it was actually very well balanced. Red berry flavor with a bit of tang. Perhaps sour cherry. Medium plus body. Overall I loved this — 4 years ago

Big and pretty and opened about 10-15 years too early. Second day was a huge improvement from the relatively closed nose on day 1. Can feel a bit of the alcohol on the finish. Modern and very well made - especially great Cab Sav on the finish. — 2 days ago
