Tenuta Sette Ponti

Oreno Toscana Super Tuscan Blend 2019

Blend of Merlot, Cab Sauv & Petit Verdot, aged 18 months, new French oak, celebrates the wine's 20th anniversary. Dark Ruby red color with aromas of dark fruits, cigar box and earthy notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry, black cherry and plum with tobacco and leather spice. Fine firm chewy tannins, long finish ending with tobacco, fruit and mineral spice character. Nice! Will age, I would wait a few years to fully enjoy! — 2 months ago

Sette Coppa Red Bordeaux Blend 2015

On the nose, this is violet and blackberry concentrated... This nose is great... Is there some bramble in here too? On the palate, this enhances the blackberry... Deep, deep... Eucalyptus... Always such a great buy on the Naramata bench... The finish is medium, but really tasty here... I think that's a good way of describing this one... Tasty... There are levels of complexity for Bordeaux blends beyond this one, but really the deep dark fruit and bramble here are a double note that's really done well here! — 5 months ago
