Rhône-like Red Blend (60% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 10% Carignan). Wonderful bright raspberry fruit aromas and flavors with hints of dried herbs, baking spices and purple flowers. Not sensing any oak, but there is a Smokey element on the finish. Bright with fresh acidity. Revisited in February 2022. Still Excellent! — 5 years ago

Crazy amount of fruity jam nose hitting the decanter, super dark, extracted color. A blend of 50% Carignan, 30% Syrah and 20% Grenache Noir.
Cherry, blueberry, blackberry, plum on the palate, so much fruit going on, it's just difficult to describe. Medium-light tannins, slight spicy note with cocoa on the medium-long finish.

We picked these bottles up a year ago after a tasting... Just getting to them now, they needed time to settle in. This is a crazy value at the $40 we paid, I will go hunt for more, this is drinking awesome, but 3-4 years could be stellar. — 9 years ago
