半年ほど前に飲んだ個体に比べて、こっちの方が明らかにフレッシュで熟成感が少ない。
前回同様に、黄桃や枇杷のような黄色果実に、カモミール、ペトロール、ライムストーン、ホワイトペッパーなどの後に、岩清水、レモンなどの爽やかな清涼感と芯のある骨格。
一本目が熟成感が強かっただけに、心配したが、こちらの方が美味しくて良かった。 — 3 months ago

Another blind serving. 5 year old Chablis? WRONG, again! Aromas of lime, oranges, sea salt and flower. In the mouth I felt as if I was blindsided in the ocean by a wave and knocked underwater and swallowed a mouthful of water.. The saltines was joined with palate cleansing acid, and notes of kiwi, citrus and dried flowers. Silky well balanced body. — 4 months ago
