Another blind serving. 5 year old Chablis? WRONG, again! Aromas of lime, oranges, sea salt and flower. In the mouth I felt as if I was blindsided in the ocean by a wave and knocked underwater and swallowed a mouthful of water.. This is a really tasty med bodied etna bianco. The nose is quiet with muted citrus notes and smoke. Bright acidity provides a concentrated vibrancy on the palate, with lemon, lime, dried herbs,
and a gingery/smoky saline minerality along with underlying hints of passion fruit and apple. Has a persistent finish with lingering mineral and citrus notes. Hard to put down. — 22 days ago
