Big Winner! Amazing white fruit. Loads of jasmine but incredible backbone. Seek this wine out — a month ago

Made with the local grape Carricante, pale to medium lemon color with aromas of stone fruit, citrus and honey floral notes. On the palate flavors of ripe apple and pear with slight citrus and nutty notes. Good acidity, balance and structure, medium+ finish ending with salty mineral nutty character. Very Nice! — a month ago
Picked up from Eataly, had with sardine and potatoes. Light, refreshing, would be life-changing on a hot summer day. — 15 days ago
2018, opened in 2025. Delicious, golden almost orange hue, fresh fruits and citrus nose, balanced tannins and acidity, Etna crushed stone, juicy and super easily drinkable, yet still complex and interesting. — 20 days ago

Vintage 2022 | our winefriend Maarten ( not on delectable) pours us Etna blind regularly. Perhaps until we are going to recognise it. I am a bit ashamed because the wine was full of minerality, good acids and a jasmine smell. We should have recognised it 😥 — 14 days ago
