Split Rail Vineyard Chardonnay 2021

2021 seems like a good year for the Split Rail vineyard.
This chardonnay is sharp, lean and racey. The 23% new French oak is super subtle - for me it only hints in the nose and in the finish.

Dosage Zero Brut Nature Champagne Blend

A blend of 45% Pinot Meunier and the rest split between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This wine has zero grams of residual sugar and you can’t get a champagne any drier than this one. Nice fruity nose with flavors of stone fruits, lively acidity, crisp yet rich. Lingering finish with intense mineral ending. Let this age, it just gets better. Tasting Sample. — 3 years ago

Château d'Yquem

Sauternes Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend 2001

Deep honeyed start. From a split so a little advanced. Hints of orange rind, sweet and deep and complex — a year ago

Grenache - Syrah - Mourvedre 2015

Earthy spices! Wonderful GSM in full harmony. Finaliy a wine that stands up to aged Gouda cheese and creating a symphony. Dark, vibrant complex fruit that meanders to satisfying finish. Did I mention spicy?! — 5 months ago
