The Hat Trick is a blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot. This is a really nice everyday drinking wine and very smooth. Aromas and flavors of black cherry, strawberry, black plum, and spices. If you are in the Boise area, head west to the Snake River valley and visit the winery. They are very friendly and have a patio overlooking the vineyards and Snake River valley. Their Cabernet Franc is Top Notch as well. — 8 months ago
The wine was wonderful mouth-feel, can taste the slight oak/bourbon on the back of the tongue. — 9 months ago
Deep in color, taste of orange citrus, a bit sweet on the front, but dry going down. A wonderful Rosé from and up-and-coming winery in the SRV! 🍷 — 4 months ago
Slight tart on the tongue, slight sweet mid. Some minerality. — 6 months ago
Drinking virtual rosé with @Ryan Colthorp didn’t realize that this was made in Idaho by the same winery from our bottle at Fork, but grapes grown in Washington! — 9 months ago
Outstanding balance. New and old world. Great fruit with baking spice, some tobacco, excellent tannin, and lingers on the palate. I hope this is what Idaho Bordeaux style continues to produce. Well done! — 10 months ago
Excellent Syrah that has aged very well into a balanced wine with well integrated, soft tannins, dark, dry fruit with hints of mulberry, blue and blackberry. Nice spice and evolving layers of flavor on the finish. Decant for at least one hour to receive the full symphony. — 6 months ago
Medium to full body with nice tannins and black currant, spice, light pepper notes. One of our new favorite Snake River Valley wines. — 9 months ago

An exciting co ferment! The first one I’ve had, lots of flavor, funky, not too sweet. Very fun. Kinda pricey at $35 (vinovore) but sometimes you have to treat yourself. Almost no hangover either! — 4 months ago
