The Hat Trick is a blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot. This is a really nice everyday drinking wine and very smooth. Aromas and flavors of black cherry, strawberry, black plum, and spices. If you are in the Boise area, head west to the Snake River valley and visit the winery. They are very friendly and have a patio overlooking the vineyards and Snake River valley. Their Cabernet Franc is Top Notch as well.
