標高が低いのにも関わらず、綺麗な果実と酸。
タバコや枯れ葉、チェリー、塩味、醤油っぽい感じ。
飲み心地とタンニンが心地よく、全く暑さを感じない。
グラスはどちらでもOKだが、ブルゴーニュの方がバランスが良いかな。
青椒肉絲はドンピシャ。
