2014 drunk in 2024. I kept a bottle of this $14(!!) wine—2015 price—for 8 years on a hunch that it would hold up, and it did. I don’t know what it costs now, but back then it was head and shoulders the best American supermarket wine. — 15 days ago
I have previously rated this, but this is a different vintage so I’m rating it again. I consumed this in July 2024. 70% Monterey County, 19% Santa Barbara County, 11% Sonoma County. I think this is in the $25 range. Went really well with steak. — 22 days ago
So a muted Pinot flavor. I want to say a hint of effervescence but that’s not really true. It’s the acidity showing itself a bit more than it has in other bottles or due the food we had (spicy)... It’s distracting me a bit from the other flavors. The nose is different. I don’t want to say smoke but something is different on this one. — a month ago
Just drinking great and loaded with complex and integrated fruits, cola and other. Nice long finish — 14 days ago
Quite light ruby , with a wide ruby garnet rim. Quite sweet red fruit at first with some raspberry , strawberry and red cherry notes , dried flowers as well , rose , violet and an earthy note . Quite elegant and precise . On the palate this is again elegant and restrained , very pretty red fruits , juicy but still fresh acidity . Light tannins balanced alcohol . Cherry , raspberry and wild strawberry . Herbal tinged , slightly earthy finish . Drinking very well now and will continue to do so over the next 3-5 years or so — 4 days ago

Medium ruby color. Aromas of cherry, baking spice, hint of hay and blackberry. A bit stronger than the Rosellas Vineyard. Dark cherry, cocoa and plum on the palate. — 12 days ago
